Midwest Micro-Tek, LLC was awarded a National Science Foundation STTR Phase I grant in January 2005. The $100,000 grant is entitled "Novel Biomimetic Nanostructures for Air Monitoring in Smart Buildings" and runs from January 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005.
