Damaged Shipments

In case of shipping damages, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim. You should inspect the shipping container upon receipt and note any evidence of damage on the freight receipt. If you find concealed damage after opening the container, file a claim with the carrier at once. You must retain the shipping container and all materials.

Each product returned for non-warranty repair will be charged an evaluation fee of $48. Repairs will be made at a rate of $48 per hour plus parts. The first hour of labor is included in the evaluation fee. All shipping costs both to and from Midwest Micro-Tek will be the responsibility of the customer.
