All Midwest Micro-Tek products are covered from the date of shipment by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. During the warranty period, Midwest Micro-Tek, at its sole discretion, will repair or replace any products determined by Midwest Micro-Tek to be defective. Products that have been subjected to misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, or unauthorized repair, as determined by Midwest Micro-Tek, whether by accident or intent, are excluded from warranty. Calibration of analog circuitry, consumable products (batteries, fuses, etc.) and mechanical parts failing from normal usage are not covered under this warranty.

All products custom manufactured by Midwest Micro-Tek are covered for a period of one year against defects in workmanship. Parts that are specified and purchased by Midwest Micro-Tek on behalf of the customer are also covered. Parts purchased by the customer and provided to Midwest Micro-Tek or parts specified by the customer are excluded from warranty.

Midwest Micro-Tek disclaims any liability for consequential damage resulting from defects in the performance of our product. Midwest Micro-Tek’s maximum liability under this warranty or any other claims relating to our products shall be limited to the purchase price paid by the customer for the product. No product is warranted as being fit for a particular purpose and there is no warranty of merchantability. There are no other warranties, either expressed or implied, beyond those set forth herein, and Midwest Micro-Tek does not assume any obligation or liability in connection with the sale or use of said products.

Equipment not manufactured by Midwest Micro-Tek is supported only to the extent of the original manufacturer's warranties.

All warranty returns must comply with Midwest Micro-Tek's Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure as described in the Product Returns section.

All warranty repairs are warranted for ninety (90) days or the remaining period of the original warranty, which ever is greater.

Damaged Shipments

In case of shipping damages, it is the buyer's responsibility to file a claim. You should inspect the shipping container upon receipt and note any evidence of damage on the freight receipt. If you find concealed damage after opening the container, file a claim with the carrier at once. You must retain the shipping container and all materials.

Non-Warranty Service

All returns must comply with Midwest Micro-Tek’s Return Material Authorization (RMA) procedure as described in the Product Returns section. Each product returned for non-warranty repair will be charged an evaluation fee of $48. Repairs will be made at a rate of $48 per hour plus parts. The first hour of labor is included in the evaluation fee. All shipping costs both to and from Midwest Micro-Tek will be the responsibility of the customer. All repairs are warranted for a period of ninety (90) days.
